I miss the old staff! The woman who helped usout ata the counter was insanely rude and refused tolook upmy rewards and Iknow Ihave a15$ off that expires soon but she refused tolook itup. I’m anex-sally beauty employee Iknow that they can dothat. She also wouldn’t listen tome, every word Isaid was wrong according toher. Ma’am nooffense but I’m20, Ithink Iknow how towork myphone better than youdo. Not only all this but she also took 10minutes (not joking!) tograb our changeof $4.01, Ibelieve her name was Joyce. Worst employee I’ve ever came across, Iwill goout ofmy way tonot goto this location for the next time Ineed items from Sally’s. Not trying tobe anegative Nancy, just being honest.… – show

The employees that work here are extremely helpful and friendly. I've been disappointed with how myrecent colors have turnedout, but can't complain about service atall.

If icould give this place 0stars iwould. The employee's dont know anything about hair ornails. The best answer they can give you is“I dont know”. Ima beauty student which means iget adiscount. Multiple times iwas given the discount of40%, today when iwent there iwas told that its 10% bythe same employee who had rang meup multiple times. She argued with meabout the minnesota state laws about beauticians and licenses. Iwill never begoing toanother Sally's due tothe fact that the employee's think they know everything about the beauty industry. I always thought you needed tohave some knowledge about cosmetology towork here itis abeauty supply store and Iask the older women afew basic questions about drying hair and she didn't have aclue and was rude because weinterrupting her cell conversation sowe left with buying anything wecame back the next week and ayounger gal was working and was very helpful she knew and answer questions perfectly Ireally think when hiring someone towork ina beauty supply store you should have sometype ofknowledge about urjob and customer service… – show

We needed tomake aquick root touch upfor awedding next weekend. Upon entering the store, Iimmediately looked atKim, the store manager, and said “we need your help!” Kim didn't hesitate togive usa run down ofwhat was available, helped usselect acolor, and descibed tous what todo. Ieven called her when Igot back home toclarify her instructions, and shewas, again, very patient, kind and helpful. Some ofthe best customer service I've ever received. Thank youKim!!!

Best customer service from staff and manager. Sofriendly, helpful and welcoming. Ialso really appreciated the staff wearing masks and practicing social distancing. Ijust moved tothis area and have been repeatedly disappointed with customer service atUlta. Will begoing here from nowon!

I shop inthis store often and this isthe first time Ifeel disrespected. The lady working here followed meand mydaughter around the store the entire time wewere there. She would look atthe ceiling mirrors from other aisle tosee what wewere doing. Itwas not asingle second she wasn't looking atus. Apple Valley isa good neighborhood and wehave been living here for afew years. Idon't see why she would make usfeel like wewere about tosteal something from this store. The worse feeling ofmy life!!! Never coming back tothis location. When Icommented toher the way she was making feel she laughed sarcastically. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The manager personally helped mepick out ahair color that was perfect forme. She gave metips and tricks tomake mefeel like Iwas atruly valued customer. She took her time with meand did not rush even though itwas busy. The store looked clean and organized. Overall experience was wonderful! Iwill always choose this Sally's location for all myproduct needs.

I've gone toSally's for years! Normally the service isawesome! Last night Iwent looking for arecommendation for myflyaway hair, and Inoted that Idon't buy products tested onanimals. One ofthe lady's working (not the one Iwas speaking with) piped upfrom the next isle, “We don't carry any products tested onanimals.” That isjust anoutrightlie! Iam avery mindful consumer and very passionate about products that are cruelty free & earth & human friendly! Ido not like being lied tofor asale. How dumb dothey think weare?
